Our team is with you every step of the way, and with that in mind, we created a step-by-step guide of a purchaser's journey for you, so that you know what to expect when you purchase a Calibrex home.
Step 1: Congratulations!
You did your research, visited presentation centres, looked at model homes and took virtual tours – and you found the one! The perfect home for you and your family! In an incredible community, surrounded by all of the amenities you could dream of and close to everything you and your family need and want. We are so happy to have you as part of the Calibrex family. Congratulations on buying a new Calibrex home!
Step 2: Design Time!
You’ve made it to the fun part! It’s time to design the home of your dreams. Welcome to our brand new 1,500 sq. ft. Design Studio. With the help of our industry leading design consultants, with over 20 years of experience in construction and new home design, bring all of your ideas and inspiration to the next level. Hand-pick you your homes interior design finishes and fixtures to reflect your lifestyle and personality. At Calibrex, we want to help make your dream home a reality.

Step 3: Construction Has Started
Get excited! Construction has started and you will start to see all of the plans for your new home come to life soon. Pipes are going in underground, foundations are being poured and plans are underway for roads, sidewalks, parks. Soon you will see framing, roofing, brick and stonework on your new home – it’s all coming together from the ground up!
Step 4: Construction Progress Updates
Throughout the construction process, you will get updates from our team at Calibrex letting you know what stage we are working on, when possible. When your home is nearing completion, you will be contacted by our team to make an appointment for your Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI). This is always an exciting day and our team can’t wait to walk through your new home with you!
Step 5: Preparing for Closing
Closing day is the day you receive the keys to your new home! It’s also the day you finalize all of the closing documents with your lawyer. Our team will send you communication with a closing checklist so that you are prepared for closing.
Step 6: Welcome Home
Our team is committed to excellence and over the last two decades we have designed, built and delivered hundreds of new homes to families just like yours! We are so thrilled to welcome you to the Calibrex family and to welcome you home!
Step 7: Connecting with Customer Care
Once you have moved all of your furniture and belongings into your new home and you’ve had a chance to get settled, we will be connecting you with our Customer Care team. We are here for you and happy to answer any questions you may have at any point in your journey with us.
